Originally from Australia, Rodney has over 30+ years of experience consulting, building and remodeling homes. His strength lies in maximizing the view of your location and creating outstanding designs. His attention to detail and quality of execution are parallel to none in the industry. He has been at the forefront of various housing and community developments including a 30 acre retirement community in Minnesota and various luxury home developments both within the USA and internationally. He moved to Summit County and loves snowmobiling, cooking, dancing, travelling, live music and spending time with the company’s pet “Crikey”

Originally from Minnesota where she graduated from Stillwater Area High School in 2021. Sydney is the daughter of JVC's owner, Rodney Bahr, and recently moved out to Summit County full time. She is constantly growing her networking skills and has always had an eye for design. Being in the customer service industry for years, she knows how to put the client first and will always go out of her way to do so.  If you ever need an extra opinion or someone to go selection shopping with for your new home, she's your girl.  Sydney loves creating art, learning about new topics, like cars or the fashion industry, and dressing up Crikey, the company dog, in colorful bandanas for every day of the week.

Grant was born in Hawaii and has been living in Summit County for over 10 years. He is a skilled, efficient and knowledgeable Project Manager able to perform under pressure and coordinate our team members to meet our client’s needs.  Grant will deliver results on time and within budget. He has great interpersonal skills and will listen to our client’s needs; leading our teams to successfully meet their expectations. Grant loves live music, fly fishing, and anything involving the outdoors. He and his partner just brought they're baby girl, Nora Lane, into the world.

Born in New Mexico, Matt has no shortage of experience in many professions. Anywhere from being a professional chef to our construction project manager, you never know what skill he's hiding away. With Matt, you are guaranteed attention to detail and a job well done in a timely manner. Due to his love for travel, he has developed a desire for learning and constantly gaining new knowledge about a variety of fields. Because of such, Matt is skilled in dirt biking, snowmobiling, cooking, carpentry and so much more.

Born and raised in Mexico, Leticia grew up in a family of Engineers and Architects. After moving to London to study a Masters Degree in Marketing Management at Kingston University, she lived in the UK for over a decade working in Design and Marketing for Procter & Gamble, Hugo Boss, Prada, Lacoste. Leticia is passionate about the Construction industry, she is talented in spotting trends and innovation.  Leticia moved to Summit County in 2021 full time and she loves practicing hot yoga, singing at the choir, organizing yoga and meditation retreats and just became a Certified Interpreter (Spanish-English) in order to help the community. She also loves travelling, scuba diving and is learning to ski.

The star of the show, Crikey is a spunky goldendoodle who is JVC's best worker. Constantly keeping up the morale and providing cuddles takes a lot out of our best employee, so on his time off, Crikey spends his days napping, enjoying treats and guarding the office from delivery drivers. If you choose JVC for your project soley to hang out with Crikey, we don't blame you! He is always here to put a smile on our faces and will do the same for you!
