Originally from Australia, Rodney has over 30+ years of experience consulting, building and remodeling homes. His strength lies in maximizing the view of your location and creating outstanding designs. His attention to detail and quality of execution are parallel to none in the industry. He has been at the forefront of various housing and community developments including a 30 acre retirement community in Minnesota and various luxury home developments both within the USA and internationally. He moved to Summit County and loves snowmobiling, cooking, dancing, travelling, live music and spending time with the company’s pet “Crikey”

Grant Killian

Grant was born in Hawaii and has been living in Summit County for over 10 years. He is a skilled, efficient and knowledgeable Project Manager able to perform under pressure and coordinate our team members to meet our client’s needs. Grant will deliver results on time and within budget. He has great interpersonal skills and will listen to our client’s needs; leading our teams to successfully meet their expectations. Grant loves live music, fly fishing, and anything involving the outdoors. He and his partner just brought they're baby girl, Nora Lane, into the world.

His passion for the outdoors led him to Fort Lewis College, where he pursued Operations Management amidst the Rocky Mountains. Rising from General Manager of a successful hotel to owning music venues, Keegan's entrepreneurial spirit shines. With a solid foundation in operations and a proven track record, he ensures project success with precision and efficiency, making him an invaluable asset to our team.

Dave, a Connecticut native, has called Summit County home for over 5 years. Known for his "get er done" attitude and exceptional communication skills, Dave thrives in tackling challenges. Whether he's hunting ducks on a chilly morning, navigating trails in his custom-built Tacoma, or enjoying any outdoor activity, Dave's passion shines through. With his loyal companion Benny by his side, Dave brings laughter and efficiency to every project.

The star of the show, Crikey is a spunky Goldendoodle who is JVC's fluffiest worker. Constantly keeping up the morale and providing cuddles takes a lot out of our best employee, so on his time off, Crikey spends his days napping, enjoying treats and guarding the office from delivery drivers. If you choose JVC for your project soley to hang out with Crikey, we don't blame you! He is always here to put a smile on our faces and will do the same for you!
